Workshop & Concert in Portland (Beaverton) 10-11 Feb

I'm delighted to be back in Portland for another beautiful event! The last one was a great success, and I can't wait to share another memorable musical experience with you.

Join me for a special two-day ukulele event in Portland (Beaverton), Oregon, where I'll be hosting a ukulele workshop and giving an intimate concert.

The workshop will take place in a spacious private home, creating a comfortable environment for learning. We'll focus on assembling a song and playing harmoniously with other musicians creating beautiful music together. In the group setting, you'll receive a part tailored to your skill level.

Throughout the workshop, I'll introduce various techniques, including strumming, fingerstyle, percussive elements, and how to connect with the rhythm. This inclusive workshop welcomes players of all levels, making it suitable even if you're a complete beginner!

The next day after the workshop, you will enjoy an intimate concert where I'll showcase some of my favorite pieces amongs originals and share the joy of music with you. For this special edition, I'm traveling all the way from Europe to continue the West Coast US tour. I am excited to see you all there.

Timetable: 

• 10 February (full day workshop): The event begins at 10 am and concludes at 5 pm.
• 11 February (Concert day): The event begins at  3pm and concludes at 5pm.

What's part of the full-day workshop event? (10 February) 

• Saturday Live Concert on the 8th April is included for the all the workshop attendees.
• Section 1: Exercises, warm-ups and eartraining (rhythm, melodies, chords, percussive ukulele). You will learn the essential tools needed to develop your playing skills and musicality. 
• Section 2: Fingerstyle, strumming, percussive playing. In this workshop I will be teaching you 3 main ukulele techniques. I will break it down for you step by step and we will play songs arranged especially for our ukulele group. Each participant will recieve a unique part to play. 
• Section 3: We will focus on how to play with other musicians in a group.
• Lunch, snacks and beverages included on the workshop day. 
• Printed worksheets.

• Section 4: Live instagram performance & video recording (we would love for you to participate, but it is not required).
